Trump Campaign Announces Massive Deployment of Electoral Workers to Monitor Polling Sites

Former President Donald Trump’s political campaign has announced plans to deploy over 100,000 lawyers and volunteers in key states to monitor the electoral process in the November elections. This effort has been described as «the most extensive and monumental electoral integrity program in the nation’s history.»

The initiative aims to supervise and, in potential cases, challenge the vote count, covering everything from early voting to scrutiny and post-election counting. A hotline will be established for electoral observers and voters to report any irregularities.

This operation reflects Trump’s persistent concern for electoral security, a concern he previously used to undermine the results of the 2020 elections. Despite widespread conclusions dismissing electoral fraud in 2020, Trump has continued to warn, without evidence, of potential electoral manipulation attempts by Democrats in 2024.

The program also aims to address perceived deficiencies in the campaign’s legal preparation during the past elections. With a robust legal team in place, Trump is positioning his campaign to be better prepared for any electoral disputes that may arise.

Prominent Republican figures involved in drafting the program include Michael Whatley, chairman of the Republican National Committee; Lara Trump, Trump’s daughter-in-law and co-chair of the Republican National Committee; and Charlie Spies, general counsel for the Republican National Committee.

Spies stated that the RNC’s legal team will work tirelessly to ensure compliance with electoral rules and will take officials to court if they fail to adhere to them.

This announcement comes after the controversial 2020 elections, where Trump pushed to overturn the results and propagated false claims of electoral fraud. His inflammatory rhetoric culminated in the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, resulting in federal and state charges against him.

With a recent survey showing that one-third of Americans do not accept Biden’s legitimate victory in 2020, Trump’s rhetoric continues to fuel unfounded theories about electoral integrity.

In a statement, Trump emphasized the importance of having «the right people to count the ballots,» reiterating his determination to closely monitor the electoral process for irregularities.
